Saint Louis Polish Catholic Church Women’s Society was established in 1952 in service to our St. Louis Parish.
The purpose of the Women’s Society is to increase the personal holiness of its members and the interests of the women of the parish in all affairs and undertakings of the parish, for their own good and for the good of the parish. By receiving our Lord in Holy Communion, working together, meeting regularly to pray with and for one another and their children, the members are schooled in the ideals of Christian womanhood, wife hood, and motherhood, and aid one another in educating the children at home to become faithful members of the Catholic Church.
Membership: all women of the St. Louis Parish (at least 18 years of age), abiding by the laws of the church, shall be eligible for membership.
Duties: every member should be willing at all times to work for the good of the Parish and should actively help at all affairs sponsored by the Society.
The St. Louis Women’s Society meets the first Tuesday of every month from September to June at 7 PM. A typical meeting agenda is covered in 45 minutes and is followed with a social that ends by 8:30 PM
